
Increased staffing

Germany is a large market and Venue Manager has gained more and more customers in recent years. There are now 12 customers and thus Germany fills well in the overall porfolio.
That’s how it has to be, and then the level of service must of course follow, at the same time as Venue Manager will be increasing sales further. This is based on a strategy meeting in August, where current and future business partners participated and discussed lead generation, sales, service and support.
Agreements about increased staffing have subsequently been entered into collaboration with Marian Nawrath and Ronny Leitzke.
Marian Nawrath from Wiesbaden, previously worked as ticket manager for Bonner SC, who were Venue Manager’s first customers in Germany. He knows Venue Manager’s platform and app in depth. Marian will help with the implementation of solutions with new customers. At the same time, he will proactively offer existing customers help in utilizing the many options in Venue’s software.
Ronny Leitzke from Leipzig will focus on sales to the eastern part of Germany in paticular. Ronny has a large network and knows the challenges that many sports clubs face. These are, for example, limited resources, complex systems and an increasing need for digitalisation. Ronny has previously worked as a ticket manager and business advisor.
