You own all the data, and it can easily be accessed directly from your shop’s back office. With consistent data and statistics, you become wiser about your customers’ behaviour, and you can easily use this knowledge to optimize your business processes and create relevant marketing content.
In your web shop, you make your own venue, stadium, or hall plan so that your customers can order tickets for precisely the seats they want.
You can also create both standard tickets for your event, sports match, or amusement park as well as special tickets if, for example, you are a sports club that plays cup matches during the season.
You also manage your season in the same back office. As a starting point, you have a single season track, regardless of whether you are an event, amusement park, or sports club. However, if you have several festivals or several sports in the same club, you can create several season tracks, all of which are handled in the same back office.

This could include pre-emptive rights to tickets or perhaps special offers that are only available to subscribers.
Merchandise sales are also handled in Customer Management. This is a classic white label web shop with products, inventory management, and the ability to set up shipping. We have also created a new campaigns module.
The promotion module is generally for add-on sales and can be shown as both a pop-up and in the shopping cart. For example, “want to add a beer?”, “buy a t-shirt for the match” or something similar – jump start your add-on sales through Customer Management.
