Customer Management manages all your sales. With Customer Management you get your own white-label web shop in which you can sell tickets, merchandise, and food & drink.
The web shop is designed with your logo, colours and text. In addition, you decide which setup you want. Everything is handled from your back office.
In your back office you can access all data and all reports from your sales, segment customer groups according to custom parameters and see all statistics on your customers’ buying behaviour.
Mobile application
The Venue Manager platform also has a mobile app that works for both your business and your customers. You determine the cover design for your customers’ part of the app. Again, this is white label, so you choose what it should look like – then we will design it for you. You choose the features of the app that make sense for your business customers.
On the mobile app, your customers can buy tickets, season passes, merchandise, and food & drink. In addition, they can find their tickets, season passes, and vouchers in their personal wallet on the app.
With all the data and statistics of your customers’ buying patterns, you can create relevant content for marketing via push notifications from the app. At the same time, these can be sent out to specific customer groups.
Point of Sale
Venue Manager’s POS is completely cloud and web-based so all data, revenue reports, and statistics are stored online and can be accessed externally.
You can correct the layout, add products, and change prices directly from your web-based back office.
Our Point of Sale system also has table control, which means you can create your table plan directly in the system. VM POS also allows you to offer your guests split payments.
Another smart feature is the self-service system, which is an integration between VM POS and VM Access. This makes it possible for your customers to buy tickets at the checkout solution and then check in at an entrance turnstile themselves.
Access Control
Your customers can check in at an entrance turnstile themselves after purchasing a physical ticket or buying online via the app. Access control works with a standalone scanner box, with an entrance turnstile, and with hand scanners that your staff use to scan tickets.
Access control is so smart that it can make “cuts” in bracelets without doing it physically. This is relevant, among other things, if your business has a ride pass.
In addition, with Venue Manager’s access control, you can zone your venue, so you can decide which tickets give access to specific areas of your venue. This can be in relation to VIP tickets.
