We want to ensure that you get the most out of your Venue Manager solutions! That is why training is always an important part of our delivery.
You’ll set up your solutions with our implementation and support team. This itself is part of the training. Our goal is to make you 99% self-sufficient and to help you utilise as many functions and opportunities as possible in our solutions to reduce your costs, increase your earnings, and improve customer loyalty.
It is a good idea to have at least two Venue Manager super users at your organisation, but it’s possible to have just one. When replacing staff who have received training, any new employees should also be trained.
Our training covers the use of the solutions themselves, but also includes the use of our Knowledge Base. In this Knowledge Base you can find descriptions of most functions and options in our solution. And it contains good search tools to find the right help.
Our customers are divided into different industry groups, which meet at least twice a year to share experiences with the use of the platform and gain an insight into upcoming development. For these meetings, we also discuss new ideas for additions to the platform and prioritise the wishes and ideas that are suggested. Many of our newer modules and features are either born or matured at the group meetings, so we can be sure that we are developing something that covers the needs of as many customers as possible.
